HER PRACTICE® PRIVATE ADVISORY

Dr. Christina Carter
Private Practice Advisor to Women Practice Owners
The Woman Behind the CEO.

Nearly 20 years in private practice · Experience across 1,000+ practices

You’re exceptional at what you do.

You spent years becoming the practitioner your patients trust. But somewhere along the way, you also became responsible for the team, the systems, the marketing, the hiring, the technology, the numbers, the patient experience, the growth—and every decision nobody else knows how to make.

And somehow, you’re supposed to know how to do all of it.

You built the practice.
And somehow you became responsible for everything.

Does this sound familiar?

You’re not bad at business. You’re carrying too much of the business.

A new provider. Another location. A new service. A website overhaul. A marketing idea. Something you heard on a podcast at 6 AM that you’re definitely going to implement.

They’re good ideas.

You just don’t know which one matters now—or how the heck you’re going to get any of them done.

You’ve got twelve ideas sitting in your Notes app.

So you answer them. Again. And again. And again. Until half your “CEO time” is spent being the human instruction manual for your own practice.

Your team keeps asking you questions they should already know the answers to.

Google Ads. SEO. AEO. Social. A new website. AI something-or-other. Maybe you need it.
Maybe you don’t. How the heck are you supposed to know if the proposal is brilliant or bullshit?

Someone wants $4K/mo to “fix your marketing.”

Is it leads? Conversion? Retention? Recall? Pricing? Marketing? Your team? Seasonality? You know something changed. You don’t have three days to become a data analyst and figure out what.

Your numbers dropped—and you don’t know why.

Or didn’t show up. Or your best team member suddenly has “an issue.” And now you’re trying to cover patients, figure out what happened, decide what to say, and somehow prevent this from becoming your new full-time job.

Your employee just quit.

At some point, your practice became too complex to keep running entirely from your own head.

Not because you aren’t capable.

Because you’re simultaneously treating patients, leading people, making decisions, watching the numbers, solving problems, thinking about growth, keeping up with marketing and technology—and being the person everyone comes to when they don’t know what to do.

The practice grew.

But the amount of you available to hold it didn’t.

And when everything still ultimately comes back to you, even a successful practice can start to feel unnecessarily heavy.

You don’t need to become better at carrying all of it.

You need somewhere for some of it to go.

You own the practice.
You don’t have to carry the entire practice.

THE REAL PROBLEM

You don’t need to become an expert in every part of your practice. You need someone beside you who understands how the pieces fit together.

Clarity changes decisions. Execution changes businesses.

The decision you’re researching from scratch.
Software. Marketing. Hiring. Pricing. Expansion. You lose hours just trying to understand your options.

The website you know isn’t working.
You’ve spent months tweaking pieces instead of fixing the actual problem.

The service you’ve been meaning to launch.
The idea is good. It’s been sitting in your Notes app for a year.

The employee issue you keep hoping will resolve itself.
Three months later, you’re still talking about it.

The wrong decision can be expensive.

The shift ✸ The shift ✸ The shift ✸ The shift ✸ The shift ✸ The shift ✸ WITH SUPPORT ✸ WITH SUPPORT
FIGURING IT
OUT ALONE ✸ The shift ✸

Most practice owners think about the cost of a bad decision.

They don’t calculate the cost of the decision that never gets made. The project that never gets finished. The problem tolerated for six months. The opportunity sitting untouched because there was never enough time to figure out what to do next.

And that gets expensive.

The project you start—and never quite finish.
Because patient care wins, something blows up with the team, and it gets pushed another month.

You don’t just need better answers.

You need to get to the right answers faster.

Your practice probably doesn’t need twelve more ideas.

It needs the right next move.

So can taking six months to make the right one.

This is more hands-on than traditional business advising.

I’m not here to sit across from you once a month, give you my thoughts, and send you away with a longer to-do list.

And I’m not here to take over your practice and run it for you.

Think of me as the experienced business brain you don’t have to hire full-time.

I’m Dr. Christina Carter, founder of Her Practice® and Private Practice Advisor to women practice owners.

My private clients don’t come to me for one specific piece of their business.

They bring me the practice.

The team problem.

The marketing question.

The numbers that don’t make sense.

The new idea.

The unfinished project.

The vendor proposal.

The hiring decision.

The technology they don’t understand.

The opportunity they’re considering.

The thing that’s been sitting on their list for six months.

The thing that happened today.

And we figure out what actually matters, what needs to happen next, and how we’re going to get it done.

An experienced business brain beside you while you build, grow, lead, and make decisions inside your practice.

Meet your
Private Practice
Advisor.

You remain the owner.

You lead your people.

You make the decisions.

But you no longer have to figure out every decision, system, strategy, problem, or next move alone.

I’m behind you.

BOOK A FREE'GOOD FIT' ZOOM

This is an ongoing private advisory relationship for women who own practices and want experienced, high-level support inside the actual day-to-day of building one.

Not another program.

Not another course.

Not another folder of templates you’ll eventually get around to opening.

A relationship.

BEING A HER PRACTICE® PRIVATE CLIENT

Something happens in your practice?

You don’t save it for the next zoom call.

You bring it to me.

And no—you don’t have to organize it first.

Technology should make your practice easier to run. Somehow, it keeps becoming another freaking job.

EMRs. AI. Automations. Scheduling. CRM. Forms. Email. Texting. Reporting. Internal communication.

What’s worth paying for?

What can be automated?

What needs an SOP instead?

What are you paying for that you don’t need?

And what are you still doing manually because nobody ever showed you another way?

04 — SYSTEMS + TECH

Just because you can grow doesn’t mean every growth move is the right next move.

Another provider?

Another location?

Another service?

Higher prices?

More marketing?

Fewer clinical hours?

You can have ten good ideas and still make the wrong one your priority.

The question isn’t only “Will this work?”

It’s:

“Is this what your practice needs next?”

03 — GROWTH

Do you have a people problem—or a practice problem?

Your team keeps coming to you.

Do you need another employee?

Better onboarding?

Clearer expectations?

An SOP?

A different workflow?

Better leadership?

Or is this actually the wrong person in the wrong seat?

Before you solve the problem, someone has to identify it.

02 — TEAM

Is this actually a marketing problem?

Your leads are down.

Do you need Google Ads? SEO? AEO? Better social media? A new website? Better messaging?

Or are you getting plenty of leads—and your real problem is conversion, follow-up, retention, or an offer nobody understands?

The person selling SEO is going to see SEO.

You need someone looking at the practice.

01 — MARKETING

Who do you ask when you don’t know who you need to ask?

Every problem in your practice seems to come with another expert you’re supposed to hire.

But before you hire the expert, you still have to figure out what the actual problem is.

And that’s where things get complicated.

Specialists see their specialty.

I help you see the practice.

Sometimes we’ll handle it together.

Sometimes I’ll help build it.

Sometimes I’ll tell you exactly which specialist we need.

But you don’t have to figure out which one by yourself anymore.

The messy voice note.
The screenshot.
The employee situation.

The vendor proposal.

The numbers you can’t make sense of.

The idea you had driving home.

The thing you’re pissed about.

The thing you’re excited about.

The thing you know you need to deal with but don’t even know where to start.

THROW IT
TO ME.

I’LL CATCH IT.

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE

You don’t have to organize it before you bring it to me.

You can have the thought at 2 AM, put it in our private thread, and go back to sleep.

You don’t have to remember it.

You don’t have to hold it.

And you don’t have to solve it alone.

My private clients have access to me throughout the workweek because your practice doesn’t conveniently save its problems, ideas, and decisions for a scheduled Zoom call.

Something happens?

Throw it over.

When I step into our thread, I’ll catch it, help you determine what we’re actually looking at, and move us toward what happens next.

We still have our private face-to-face sessions for the conversations that deserve more space.

But you don’t spend two weeks keeping a running list titled:

“Things I need to ask Christina.”

The relationship lives much closer to the business than that.

That’s what makes this different.

YOUR PRIVATE PRACTICE ADVISOR.

IN YOUR POCKET.

This isn’t 24/7 emergency access—and it doesn’t need to be.

You can send something when it’s on your mind. I protect my boundaries, you protect yours, and when I’m in our private thread during my client days, we move.

THE HER PRACTICE® METHOD

You bring me the mess.

Here’s what we do with it.

You don’t need to arrive with the problem diagnosed, the solution researched, or a beautifully organized plan.

That’s part of what you’re hiring me for.

I catch what’s coming at you so you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

The problem. The opportunity. The half-formed idea. The screenshot. The rant. The numbers. The proposal. The decision.

You don’t have to clean it up first.

Bring me the mess.

01 — CATCH

Before we fix something, we make sure we’re fixing the right thing.

The thing that looks like a marketing problem may be a conversion problem.

The employee problem may be an onboarding problem.

The revenue problem may be a retention problem.

The “I need another provider” problem may actually be a capacity problem we can solve another way.

What’s actually happening here?

02 — CLARIFY

Not somebody else’s definition of success.

We choose based on your goals, your practice, your capacity, your numbers, and the business you’re actually trying to build.

You don’t need seventeen priorities.

You don’t need another list of everything you could improve.

You need to know:
What is the next right move?

What matters now?

03 — CHOOSE

I don’t just point at the work. I get in it with you.

This is where traditional advisory ends—and where our work often keeps going.

Need an SOP?

Let’s build it.

Need a job description?

I’ll help write it.

Need an employee email?

Let’s get the words right.

Need onboarding?

We’ll map it.

Need website copy?

Let’s fix it.

Need a marketing plan?

We’ll build one that actually feels like you.

Need to evaluate a vendor?

Send me the proposal.

We make what the move requires.

04 — BUILD

The goal is to build the practice you actually want.

We implement.

We make the decision.

We send the email.

We launch the thing.

We measure what happened.

We adjust when we need to.

Then we move to what’s next.

Because the goal isn’t to create the world’s prettiest strategy.

We don’t let good ideas die in your Notes app.

05 — MOVE

Again and again, as the practice evolves.

Catch. Clarify. Choose. Build. Move.

I don’t just point at the work.

I get in it with you.

If we decide you need an SOP, I can help build the SOP.

If you need to hire, we can build the job description, application process, interview questions, and onboarding plan.

If your website isn’t working, we can get into the messaging and fix it.

If an employee situation requires communication, I can help you write the email.

If we decide you don’t need the $4,000/month agency, we can determine what makes sense to handle ourselves.

Strategy doesn’t become another pile of homework on your desk.

We figure out what needs to happen—and then we start making it happen.

03 — HANDS-ON IMPLEMENTATION

THREE
TWO

You don’t need more things you could do.

You need to know what matters now.

Your practice will never run out of possibilities.

There will always be another marketing strategy. Another platform. Another hire you could make. Another service you could launch. Another system you could improve.

My job isn’t to give you more options.

It’s to help you see the whole practice, identify the actual bottleneck, and determine the next right move based on what you’re trying to build.

Sometimes that means moving faster.

Sometimes it means fixing something first.

And sometimes the most valuable thing I can tell you is:

“No. We’re not doing that.”

02 — STRATEGIC DIRECTION

Your practice doesn’t only happen during scheduled calls.

Neither should your support.

My private clients have direct access to me throughout my client days, Monday through Thursday.

Something happens with an employee?

Bring it.

A vendor sends you a proposal?

Send it over.

You wake up with an idea?

Drop it into our thread.

You don’t have to wait two weeks, reconstruct what happened, and spend half our session giving me context.

I’m close enough to the business to understand what’s happening while it’s happening.

And this is where I might put:

You don’t have to save it. Remember it. Organize it. Or hold it until later.

Throw it over.

I’ll catch it.

01 — PRIVATE ACCESS

ONE

Strategy is only useful
if something happens next.

You don’t need another smart person telling you everything you should be doing.

You need support close enough to the business to help you decide what matters, figure out what to do about it—and actually move it forward.

That’s why working together is built around three things:

PRIVATE ACCESS.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION.

HANDS-ON IMPLEMENTATION.

Not another person telling you what to do.

Someone helping you get it done.

Hiring. Firing. Team structure. Communication. Expectations. Difficult conversations. Accountability. Meetings. Delegation. Job descriptions. Performance issues.

The people stuff nobody prepared you for when you became a practitioner.

TEAM + LEADERSHIP

Bring me the practice.

WHAT CAN WE WORK ON?

You don’t have to fit your problem into a predefined module.

There isn’t a curriculum we’re trying to get through.

We work on what your practice actually needs.

SOPs. Workflows. Onboarding. Training. Patient processes. Recall. Retention. Scheduling. Internal communication. Organization.

If something keeps happening twice, we start asking whether it needs a system.

SYSTEMS + OPERATIONS

Positioning. Offers. Social media. Content. Advertising. Email. Patient acquisition. Conversion. SEO. AEO. AI. Websites. Copy.

Marketing that actually feels like you—not some bro-marketing version of what someone thinks your practice should sound like.

MARKETING + MESSAGING

EMRs. Automations. AI. Software. Platforms. Integrations. Websites. Forms. Scheduling. CRMs.

What’s worth using.

What’s making your life harder.

What you’re paying for and barely using.

And what could probably be automated by Tuesday.

TECH + TOOLS

New providers. New services. Pricing. Capacity. Additional locations. Reducing clinical hours. Increasing revenue. Improving profitability.

Not growth for growth’s sake.

The practice you actually want.

GROWTH + EXPANSION

The lease.

The proposal.

The opportunity.

The person you’re thinking about hiring.

The thing you want to stop doing.

The thing you’re terrified to start doing.

The question that doesn’t fit neatly into any category above.

If it affects the practice, bring it.

CEO DECISIONS

And when something shouldn’t be handled by us?

I’ll tell you.

There are times you need an attorney.

A CPA.

An HR professional.

A highly specialized marketing vendor.

A clinical expert.

I’m not interested in pretending to be something I’m not.

I’m interested in helping you make the right decision.

So when outside expertise is appropriate, we’ll identify what you actually need, what questions to ask, what to look for—and when possible, you can send me the proposal before you sign it.

You don’t need one person who knows literally everything.

You need someone who knows enough to recognize what we’re looking at—and when to bring someone else into the room.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside women as they’ve grown revenue, opened locations, hired teams, reduced clinical hours, built systems, launched services—and became far more confident leading the practices they’d created.

The exact goal isn’t the same for every woman.

That’s the point.

We build her practice.

The practice moves.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU STOP DOING IT ALONE?

The practice moves.

Dr. Julia - dentist

"Christina is worth 10x what she charges. She will over deliver and make you look like the ceo you always wanted to be."

Maybe you’re a…

Dentist.

Dermatologist.

Chiropractor.

Veterinarian.

Physical therapist.

Med spa owner.

Concierge physician.

Functional medicine practitioner.

Naturopath.

Or another woman who owns the practice where she does the work she spent years becoming exceptional at.

Your patients are different.

Your services are different.

Your licenses, margins, teams, technology, regulations, and business models may be different.

DIFFERENT
PRACTICE.

SAME SEAT.

HER PRACTICE ISN’T ABOUT YOUR CREDENTIALS.

But the seat you occupy is remarkably similar.

You’re the woman everyone ultimately looks to.

You’re the practitioner and the owner.

The clinician and the decision-maker.

The person responsible for caring deeply about the people you serve—and making sure the business actually works.

You’re thinking about patients while also thinking about payroll.

Your team while also thinking about growth.

You're spending time with your family while also thinking about the employee who texted you fifteen minutes ago.

The care you want to provide while also asking whether you’re charging enough for it.

And somehow you’re expected to switch between all of those identities without missing a beat.

Women often build practices differently.

Not worse.

Not smaller.

Differently.

You may want extraordinary revenue and a life you actually get to live.

You may care deeply about your team without wanting to carry every emotion in the office.

You may want to make a crap ton of money without turning your practice into something that feels transactional, aggressive, or completely unlike you.

You may be navigating motherhood, partnership, family, ambition, patient care, leadership—and the expectations you place on yourself through all of it.

And you may still be untangling the belief that a practice can be deeply heart-led and wildly profitable.

It can.

You don’t have to choose between a practice that feels like you and a practice that makes serious money.

Her Practice® is for women in private practice.

Period.

Different practice. Same seat.

I know that seat because I’ve spent nearly 20 years sitting in it, too.

Years in Private Practice

19

I didn’t learn private practice from a business textbook.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years owning one.

I’m a chiropractor by training, and I built my own private practice to the million-dollar mark by year four.

So I’ve lived the things we talk about here.

Patients.

Payroll.

Hiring.

Team issues.

Marketing.

Systems.

Technology.

Growth.

Leadership.

The decisions that work.

The ones that don’t.

And the very particular experience of being the woman everyone expects to have the answer.

I know the seat because I’ve sat in it

But my own practice is only part of why I’m good at this.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work inside, advise, coach, consult with, and support more than 1,000 private practices

That means I’ve seen patterns.

A lot of them.

I’ve seen the “marketing problem” that wasn’t actually marketing.

The team problem that needed a system.

The growth opportunity that wasn’t ready yet.

The owner who thought she needed more patients when she was leaking opportunity all over the practice she already had.

The expensive vendor who sounded brilliant until we looked under the hood.

The project that seemed enormous until we identified the three moves that actually mattered.

MEET YOUR PRIVATE PRACTICE ADVISOR

The Woman Behind the CEO.

Pattern recognition changes everything.

I don’t have to encounter every problem for the first time inside your business.

Seeing the problem is one thing.

Knowing what to do next is another.

One of the things I’m best at is taking something complicated, messy, or overwhelming and finding the move inside it.

What’s actually happening?

What matters first?

What can wait?

What do we need to build?

What do we need to stop doing?

Who do we need to bring in?

Let’s freaking move.

PRIVATE ADVISORY WITH DR. CHRISTINA CARTER

WHAT THE RELATIONSHIP INCLUDES

$3,333 / MONTH

PRIVATE ACCESS

Direct private access to me Monday through Thursday so you can bring me what’s happening while it’s happening.

You can send the thought when you have it—even if I’m not working at that moment. It’ll be there when I step into our thread.

You don’t have to hold it until later.

PRIVATE PRACTICE SESSIONS

A private 30-minute face-to-face session every other week for the conversations that deserve more space, deeper strategy, or focused decision-making.

And frankly, I don’t want to oversell these.

They’re part of the relationship.

They’re not the relationship.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION

Bring me the decisions, bottlenecks, opportunities, problems, and ideas.

We’ll clarify what’s actually happening and determine the next right move.

HANDS-ON IMPLEMENTATION

When the move requires something to be built, we get into the work.

Systems. SOPs. Hiring. Messaging. Marketing. Websites. Emails. Workflows. Onboarding. Strategy.

Whatever the practice actually needs within the scope of our work.

Catch

 Clarify

 Choose

Build

 Move.

ONE
TWO
THREE
FOUR

You can make serious money.

You can be ambitious.

You can have boundaries.

You can build a team differently.

There isn’t one right way to build a successful practice.

There’s the right way to build yours.

You can lead differently.

You can care deeply about your patients.

WHY WOMEN?

I built Her Practice® because I believe women deserve to build extraordinarily successful practices without having to become someone else to do it.

You can build around motherhood, travel, family, freedom, impact—or whatever matters to you.

You may not call yourself the CEO.

Maybe you’re still more comfortable calling yourself the doctor.

The dentist.

The chiropractor.

The veterinarian.

The practitioner.

The owner.

But every day, people in your practice are already looking to you like the CEO.

When something goes wrong, they come to you.

When something needs to change, they come to you.

When a decision needs to be made, eventually it lands with you.

You don’t need me to take that seat from you.

You need someone behind you while you grow into it.
There’s the right way to build yours.

I don’t need your team to think I’m the genius.

I want them to think you are.

We work through the hard conversation.

You lead it.

We build the system.

You roll it out.

We review the proposal.

You make the decision.

We map the expansion.

You lead the practice forward.

You stay in the seat.

I’m the woman behind the CEO.

You don’t need someone to run your practice for you.

You need someone who knows how to stand behind the woman who does.

You stare at the proposal.

You watch the training.

You Google the SEO question.

You research the software.

The cost nobody puts on a credit card.

FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF

Losing patients because your follow-up systems don’t exist has a cost.

Keeping the wrong employee for another six months has a cost.

One unnecessary $4,000/month marketing contract has a cost.

There may not be an invoice.

But “free” gets very expensive when the most valuable person in the practice is spending her time figuring everything out from scratch.

Your time. Your attention. Your decision-making capacity. Your delayed growth.

That’s the bill.

But that’s not what you’re buying.

Before you decide whether $3,333 a month is expensive…

Compare it to the right thing.

If you’re comparing private advisory to a course, a group coaching program, or a couple of Zoom calls each month, $3,500 is going to sound like a lot.

You’re buying access to nearly two decades of private-practice experience, pattern recognition built across 1,000+ practices, strategic direction when you don’t know the next move, and hands-on help getting that move implemented.

So let’s compare it to how you’re solving these problems now.

You spend four months deciding whether to launch the service.

You ask three friends what they’d do about the employee.

You spend Sunday building the SOP.

You rewrite the job description.

You keep twelve projects open because you can’t decide which matters first.

Website designer.

Copywriter.

SEO/AEO support.

Marketing strategist.

Hire a different expert for every problem.

SOLVE IT À LA CARTE

Systems/SOP development.

Leadership advisor.

Hiring consultant.

 Operations consultant.

Copywriter.

Business consultant.

Tech support.

You find them.

Vet them.

Explain the business to them.

Coordinate them.

Evaluate their recommendations.

Figure out whether their solution makes sense alongside everyone else’s.

And implement whatever they leave behind.

You’ve hired the help—and somehow you’re still the project manager.

And some of those people absolutely may be worth hiring.

But you’re still the one who has to know which one you need.

One experienced brain already familiar with your goals, your practice, your team, your challenges, and the business you’re trying to build.

Her Practice® Private Advisory

HAVE SOMEONE WHO SEES THE WHOLE PRACTICE

Someone who can help you answer:

Can we handle this ourselves?

Do we actually need a specialist?

What kind?

Is this proposal worth it?

What should we ask them?

What happens next?

And when we can build the solution together?

We do.

One better decision can change the economics of the entire relationship.

One wrong hire has a cost.

Spending your highest-value hours doing work that shouldn’t require you has a cost.

And not every return shows up as revenue.

Sometimes the return is getting your Friday back.

Sometimes it’s finally finishing the project.

Sometimes it’s making the decision in three days instead of three months.

Sometimes it’s walking into a team conversation already knowing exactly what you want to say.

Sometimes it’s going home and not carrying the practice with you.

The question isn’t only:

“What does it cost to have Christina in my practice?”

It’s also:

“What is it costing me not to?”

Her Practice® Private Advisory is an ongoing relationship, but there is no long-term commitment required. Private Advisory begins with a three-month initial engagement, then continues month-to-month.

We will absolutely have a client agreement that protects you, me, your business, my intellectual property, confidentiality, expectations, and the integrity of our work together.

What we won’t have is a clause requiring you to keep paying me for six or twelve months simply because you signed on the dotted line.

I don’t believe you should continue working with me because a contract says you have to.

You should continue because having me in your practice continues to be extraordinarily valuable.

When you’re ready to wrap our work together, all I ask is 30 days’ notice.

Stay because it’s valuable.

Not because you’re locked in.

ABOUT THE COMMITMENT

ONE MORE THING

There is only one of me.

The access inside this relationship is real.

I read the messages.

I review the proposals.

I think about the problem.

I help build the solution.

I know what’s happening inside your practice.

Which means I can only do this well for a limited number of women at one time.

My private-client roster is intentionally small.

Not because scarcity looks good on a sales page.

Because this level of access doesn’t scale—and I don’t want it to.

3 spots remain for 2026

If something isn't covered here, book a free zoom call with me and ask me everything that's in your brain.

A few things women usually ask

FAQ

Yes. That’s one of the biggest differences.

If we decide you need an SOP, I can help you build it. If you’re hiring, I can help create the job description, interview process and onboarding plan. If you need to communicate with an employee, I can help write the email. If your website isn’t converting, we can work on the messaging. If you’re considering a vendor, send me the proposal.

Sometimes I’ll guide you. Sometimes we’ll build it together. Sometimes I’ll create pieces for you. And sometimes I’ll tell you that what you’re considering doesn’t need to be done at all.

I don’t just point at the work. I get in it with you.

“Does she really do things with me?”

No.

There may absolutely be moments when I coach you through a decision or help you become a stronger leader, but Her Practice Private Advisory is much more hands-on than a traditional coaching relationship.

You don’t come to me once or twice a month, talk through your business, leave with homework, and figure out the rest yourself.

You bring me what’s actually happening inside the practice. We identify the real problem, determine the next move, and when that move requires something to be created or implemented, I get in the work with you.

Think less “What should I do?”

And much more:

“Okay, Christina. Here’s the mess. What are we doing with it?”

“Is this coaching?”

If you’re a woman who owns a private practice, there’s a very good chance I can help.

I began in chiropractic because I’m a chiropractor and have owned my own practice for nearly 20 years. Today, my clients include women across private practice—from chiropractors, dentists, dermatologists and physicians to veterinarians, physical therapists, med spa owners, functional medicine practitioners, naturopaths and beyond.

Your profession may change the details.

But the seat you occupy as the woman responsible for the practice is remarkably similar.

Different practice. Same seat.

Do you work with my type of practice?

There isn’t a specific revenue number, team size, or number of years in practice that qualifies you to become a Her Practice private client.

I’ve worked with women who are building solo practices and women leading large teams and multi-location businesses. What matters more is that you’re serious about the practice you’re building, you have enough happening in the business that experienced support would be valuable, and you’re in a position to invest $3,500/month in getting there faster.

If you’re not sure whether you’re at the right stage, that’s exactly what the Private Client Inquiry is for.

“Is my practice big enough?”

My private clients have direct access to me Monday through Thursday through our private messaging thread.

Something happens in the practice? Send it. Have an idea at 2 AM? Drop it there and go back to sleep. I’m very good at protecting my own boundaries—you don’t need to protect them for me.

When I’m in our thread during my client days, I catch what’s there and we move it forward.

We also meet privately for a 30-minute face-to-face session every other week for the conversations that deserve more space, deeper strategy, or focused decision-making.

You don’t have to save your entire business for those sessions.

The relationship lives much closer to the practice than that.

What does access to Christina actually look like?

Then I’ll tell you.

Being your Private Practice Advisor does not mean pretending I’m your attorney, CPA, HR professional, or every specialist your practice could possibly need.

Part of the value of having me beside you is knowing when we can handle something ourselves—and when we shouldn’t.

When outside expertise makes sense, I’ll help you determine what you actually need, what questions to ask, what to look for, and how that specialist fits into the bigger picture. And if you’re staring at a proposal wondering whether it makes sense?

Send it to me before you sign it.

What if I need a specialist?

Generally, I work behind you, not instead of you.

You’re the owner. You’re leading the practice. My job is to make sure you don’t have to figure out how to do that alone.

We may build the SOP together, but you roll it out. We may work through the difficult conversation, but you lead it. I may help you create the training, communication, or system your team needs—but it comes through you.

I don’t need your team to think I’m the genius. I want them to think you are.

That’s what I mean when I call myself The Woman Behind the CEO.

Can my team work directly with you?

Because I don’t believe you should continue working with me because a contract says you have to.

You should stay because having me in your practice continues to be extraordinarily valuable.

Her Practice Private Advisory is designed to be an ongoing relationship, and there is a client agreement protecting both of us, our work, confidentiality, and intellectual property. But there is no four-, six-, or twelve-month commitment required.

When you’re ready to wrap up our work together, I simply ask for 30 days’ notice.

Stay because it’s valuable. Not because you’re locked in.

Why isn’t there a long-term contract?

How do I know if I actually need this?

If your practice is growing, changing, stuck, messy—or simply asking more of you than you want to keep figuring out alone—pay attention to that.

Maybe you have a team that depends on you for everything. Maybe you’re sitting on growth opportunities you can’t seem to move. Maybe you know your systems, marketing or technology need work. Maybe the practice is objectively successful, but you’re tired of being the only person who can see the whole thing.

You don’t need to diagnose exactly what you need before you reach out.

That’s kind of the point.

Bring me what’s happening. I’ll help you see what we’re actually looking at.
